Newsaver Green – 827 Water Coolant

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 827 Coolant is a ready to use, low silicate, phosphate and amine-free, fully formulated, advanced hybrid organic acid technology, heavy-duty diesel engine coolant. Special additives have been included to provide protection from cylinder liner pitting corrosion.

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 827 Coolant does not require a change of Supplemental Coolant Additive (SCA) during initial fill and is not expected until at least 12 000 hours operation when used as directed. The product was primarily designed for use in heavy-duty diesel application in mining, however also finds success when used as a higher quality engine coolant in all automotive application and on-highway trucking.

Low silicate formulation suitable for European, American and Japanese turbo-charged and naturally aspirated heavy-duty diesel engines in on highway and off-road applications.

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 827 Coolant is compatible with most heavy-duty antifreezes and coolants, however most major equipment manufacturers require system clean/flush prior to coolant product change. Always follow the engine manufacturers procedures to ensure warranty remains unaffected.

NEWSAVER GREEN^®  – 827Coolant is an Extended Service Interval (ESI) product.

 Application

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 827 Coolant should be used undiluted, with non-chemical coolant filters. Further dilution is NOT recommended or supported.

For heavy-duty diesel engine service, NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 827 Coolant can be used, in a properly maintained system, for up to 12000 hours, 36 months or 1 000 000 km without SCA charge. However, OEM Service Intervals should be maintained under warranty periods.

Topping up the coolant system must only be done with NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 827 Coolant.

Engine Coolant should be analyzed according to OEM requirements using a laboratory monitoring service, at least annually.

A basic coolant maintenance check every oil change, each 250 hours or every six (6) months can be performed using heavy duty coolant test strips, or glycol refractometer, or nitrite/ molybdate test kits.

Always start with a clean cooling system by using a descaling product and/or full radiator flush. Inspect the cooling system, and make repairs where necessary. Tighten all hose connections prior to filling system with NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 827 Coolant. Always adhere to OEM requirements for coolant changeover procedures.
