Newsaver Green – 852 Powder Carbon, Grease, Rust & Paint Remover

Description

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 852 CRGP    is a powder  product containing alkalie compound, wetting agent, chelating agent and inhibitor formulated specifically for removing hard carbon deposits and carbon gum residues, grease,  rust and paint found on the hard surface objects. It is safe to steel , carbon steel surfaces, but not for Aluminium surfaces.

Application

Dip Method: This method is generally used for smaller parts to be decarbonizes. A steel tank should be used . Fill Approximately ½ of the tank with NEWSAVER GREEN^®  – 852 CRGP solution 1:1 – 1:5 , dip parts in the product using a steel basket for easier removal for a few hour to 24 hours depending on carbon  thickness. Rinse parts with water. For minimize the contact time, use hot  solution 180ºC-200º F ( 27ºC – 93ºC).

Circulation Method: NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 825 CRGP solution 1:1 – 1:5   from 4 to 12 hours depending on the hardness and thickness of the carbon deposits, then flush with water.

First Aid:

• Eyes : Flush with clean cool running water.
• Inhaled : Remove the fresh air area
• External : Flush skin with plenty of water.
• Swallowed : drink 1 to 2 large glasses of water or milk.
