Newsaver Green – 7379 Coal Dust Suppressant

DESCRIPTION

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 7379  CDS  is a white, milky emulsion liquid  combination between surfactant and polymer to prevent dust or fine particles that involve in dust form. Surfactant as wetting agent that increase in wetting process of dust particles and increase the penetrating of solution into pores between coal particles. Polymer works as bonding agent to fasten the fine coal particles into more size particles or fine coal particles will patched to the more size one.

APPLICATION

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 7379  CDS  can be applicated  with concentration 1 : 50 – 1 : 100 with water using :

• Centrifugal pump
• Sprayer
• Mixing tank
• Piping system

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 7379  CDS  solution can be sprayed to the coal surfaces from the open head of hopper conveyor or directly.

First Aid:

• Eyes : Flush with clean cool running water.
• Inhaled : Remove the fresh air area
• External : Flush skin with plenty of water.
• Swallowed : drink 1 to 2 large glasses of water or milk.
