SCALE AND CORROSION INHIBITOR FOR OPEN RECIRCULATING COOLING SYSTEM

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 836 is used in cooling system to prevent scale and corrosion problem. It contains no chromate and offers the best alternative to cooling system that cannot use a chromate base program. NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 836 is most effective  when then re–circulating cooling tower pH is maintained between 6 – 9.

• Effective anodic and cathodic inhibitor for scale and corrosion  inhibitor.
• Miscible with water in all proportion.
• Economical to use in  terms of total cost effectiveness.
• Compatible with all commonly applied non – oxidizing biocides and hypo chlorite.

DOSAGE

The recommended initial dose of 200 PPM should be employed to establish a passive film on the metal surface. After passivation , the maintenance dosage will be between 50  –  80 PPM, depending on the system characteristic.

FEEDING

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 836 should be fed through a chemical pump into the cooling water at a point of turbulent flow. Continuous feeds are preferred over slug feeding. A diluted solution  is normally used. Can be dosage in neat or diluted with softened water and fed via a chemical dosing pump into the feed water line.

STORAGE

Keep away from extreme heat. Store in a cool dry place as much as possible.

Packed in  30 liters and 200 liters / container.
