Newsaver Green – 818 Multi Purpose Metal Cleaner

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 818 is a concentrate multi purpose detergent that contain conditioner. It is used for clean metal like : Iron, Steel, Aluminium, Zinc and others before they are painted. Remove rust and stain on all metals above.

DOSAGE & DIRECTION FOR USE

# HEAVY RUST

Clean manually first with steel brush or scrapper, and then spray, dip, or brush withNEWSAVER GREEN^®– 818 solution with ratio 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 of water. For quick result, water temperature should be 160* F. Rinse with hot water for quick dry.

#PREPARATION FOR IRON, STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND ZINC FOR PAINTING

Use solution 1 : 3 of water, with spray, dip or brush. Allow 3-5 minutes, if the surface look dry, wet with above solution. Rinse and dry. It is recommended for painted promptly because the air condition can oxidize metal surfaces quickly.

#USING AFTER PAINT STRIPPING

The using of NEWSAVER GREEN^® – 818 after paint stripping are for neutralize the residue of stripper, remove the light rust, passivated the heavy rust with change Fe-Oxide to become Fe – Phosphate, so the rusting is stopped and give the surface easy to paint. Brush or spray with solution 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 of water, temperature 160* F. Allow 4 – 5 minutes, brush on heavy rust. Wet with solution once again and rinse with plenty of water. Paint quickly for prevent oxidizing process.

• Store in a cool and dry place
• Avoid from direct sunshine and alkali material
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not open the container when not in use

 FIRST AID

• Eye  :  Flush with water for at least 15 minutes
• Skin :  Wash with plenty of soap and water
• Inhalation  :  Remove to fresh air area
• Ingestion   :  Drink a large quantities of water/milk
